Please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Canceling your appointment on the day of or no-showing will result in a penalty of the full cost of the service booked.
• After one instance of no-showing or making a last minute cancelation, we will require a credit card to hold any future appointments and 100% advance payment of your service at the time of rebooking.Please arrive to your appointment on time. A 15 minute grace period will be granted, but anything beyond may require us to reassess your service.
Upon booking, you will be sent a confirmation text and / or email.
• 72 hours prior to your appointment, a confirmation link will be sent out.
• 24 hours prior to your appointment, a reminder will be sent out.We allow a two week adjustment period. If after your service you feel that you need an adjustment, please reach out within two weeks of the initial appointment to book an adjustment service. If you received a root color service, or if your haircut is above shoulder length, please contact us within one week.
No refunds will be granted. If you require an adjustment, we will assess your hair and gladly assist you if it is an error on our part.
All prices listed are starting prices. Extra product usage will be an additional charge, and will be discussed on the day of your service.
All policies must be agreed upon prior to booking and securing your appointment.
